Hi, I have similar experience when I type in Japanese.
( Auto backspace(delete) when I type in Japanese - FIXED in Findings 2.0.2 build 5322 - #2 by cparnot - Support - Findings Community )
Unfortunately this bug is remained current version (Build 5207.13ce0840), but in my case, the text remains when I put additional line (hit more enter) before typing.
How about you?
Thanks a lot for the report, guys. I am sorry the bug was still present in the final release for the 2.0. It’s actually very high in my todo list for the upcoming update and I am hoping to have a beta version soon with a fix. I’ll keep you updated, thanks for your patience!
If I type in English first then I can type Chinses.
Indeed, I believe that the issue appears when you start on a new empty line, but if you already have even just a space character, then things work correctly.
I forgot to mention it at the time, but the bug was fixed in March with Findings 2.0.2. Thanks again for the very useful bug report and the screencast!
